At ERIK'S Bike Board & Ski, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Gather Your Documentation
Ensure you have your original sales receipt or packing slip and that all items are in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.
Choose Your Return Method
You can bring your items to any ERIK'S retail location for an immediate refund or initiate a mail-in return through our online customer service portal.
Package Your Gear
Carefully pack the items to prevent damage during transit. For mail-in returns, print your prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, typically appearing within 3 to 5 business days.
