Bikes are shipped via specialized carriers. To ensure safe transit, they are partially disassembled and packed in a heavy-duty box. We include basic tools and instructions, but we recommend professional assembly at one of our locations or a local bike shop to validate your warranty.

What is your return policy for equipment and apparel?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on mounted skis, installed bike parts, or used protective gear like helmets.

Do you offer professional tuning and repair services?

Yes, every ERIK'S location features a full-service repair shop staffed by certified technicians. We offer everything from basic bike tune-ups and flat tire repairs to precision ski and snowboard waxing, sharpening, and binding adjustments.

Can I buy online and pick up my order in-store?

Absolutely. During checkout, select the 'In-Store Pickup' option and choose your preferred ERIK'S location. Most orders are ready within 2 to 4 hours, and you will receive an email notification as soon as your gear is ready for pickup.
